- Hello my name is Gil Poitras, I was born in Regina, Saskachawan. My family moved to BC in 1958 and we have been here ever since.
I don't think I would ever move back home but I do go back to visit family.
I have two kids, Nicole and Bryan, one lives in Burnaby and the other lives in Langley.
I live in Abbotsford with my commonlaw wife Linda.

- I think most Metis have a story to tell...but I'll do that another day.
- Metis Interests:
- I really have hope that all Metis one day will get along and try to do things that they are interested in and not worry about what all the Locals and MNBC are doing.
